Cancellation is possible immediately after the order is completed in the 'Waiting for Deposit' and 'Payment Completed' status.

Order cancellation can be submitted in My Page > Order History.

Partial cancellation is not possible, so please cancel the entire order and reorder the desired product.

In case of payment by a minor, the legal representative can cancel the transaction.

Card refunds are subject to card company policies. Please contact the card company for details.

Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns and exchanges can be submitted in My Page > Order History.

A collection shipping fee may be charged depending on the reason for the return/exchange.

Exchanges can only be made for the same product with the same options/quantities.

If returned without going through the exchange acceptance procedure, it may be difficult to confirm the process, resulting in delays.

• When the order status is 'Purchase Confirmed'
• If specified as non-returnable/non-exchangeable under separate policy
• If the product is damaged or defective due to customer negligence

Shipping is divided into store delivery by the seller and direct delivery by sellectors depending on the product.

Delivery may be unavoidably delayed due to local courier conditions, weather, or road traffic conditions.
